Teacher of the Visually Impaired (School Based) Community Rehab Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a school-based Teacher of the Visually Impaired for part and full time positions in Pre-K, Elementary, and High Schools for the 17-18 School Year. The ideal candidate should be seeking to contribute significantly to the well-being and success of children and adolescents in school-based settings using their unique skill set to plan an integral rold in education as essential members of school faculties. Visually Impaired Teachers should be able to provide instruction in an appropriate setting in accordance with the Individual Education Plan to meet the needs of the students. Responsibilities/Critical skills may include: - expertise to develop and implement an Individual Education Plan (IEP) - knowledge of prescribed curriculum and current technology - knowledge of child development and characteristics of students with disabilities


Instructional Design Coordinator (Training) Location: Stuart, FL Description: The Instructional Design Coordinator develops, re-structures, documents, and organizes the training departments new hire and existing employee training programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining all internal and external training scheduling and assisting in the creation and dissemination of training reporting metrics. This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: 1. Creates training presentations, tests, study guides, and reference materials for new hire and existing staff training programs under the guidance of training leadership, staff trainers and/or subject matter experts. 2. Calibrates newly created presentations with training staff or subject matter experts to ensure subject matter is accurate and relevant prior to disseminating for presentation to staff.


Licensing Training Coaches Proctors study sessions on site with candidates that have completed the pre-licensing course off site. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and candidates. Inputs data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Key Performance Objectives: Manage the communication Maintain 100% accuracy of all training completion records and reports Coordinate day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting; administration for TeleTech global training platform Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and qualifications associated with each training goal and class Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with each training goal Deliver consistent customer service and communication Basic qualifications:
