Position summary This position is directly responsible for the setup, overall operation and teardown of the Store, which includes achieving the store sales plan, managing expenses and controlling shrink. The Store Manager is responsible for the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the store. The Store Manager's work schedule is a min of 44 hours a week. The District Sales Manager will discuss the schedule according to the needs of the business. California Store Manager's work schedule is 40 hours a week unless otherwise determined by the District Sales Manager. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following: Drive sales performance in order to achieve max results. Ensure that all administrative paperwork is completed according to company Policies and Procedures. Recruit, interview, hire and train all Assistant Store Managers/Sales Associates. Hold the entire staff accountable for the essential duties and responsibilities of their positions.

Job overview: Sales Associate/Cashier Responsible for helping the store to achieve sales objectives by using effective Guest Service techniques. Assist and encourage Guests in making costume selections. Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and replenishing stock.
