Qualifications At least 18 yrs old with a high-school diploma or GED.
Must be able to accommodate the operational schedule of the store including shifts scheduled between 5 am and 11 pm, seven days a week. May be required to handle and sell alcoholic beverages, and meet any state and local qualifications for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Average 20-40 hour workweek.
Essential Job Functions
1. Expertise to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
2. Skill of operating a cash register efficiently and accurately.
3. Expertise to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; expertise to place product, weighing up to 45lbs, on shelving at various heights.
4. Expertise to operate equipment including electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.

Provides prompt quality customer service along with support to Bankers and store management. Performs wide spectrum of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance (account reconciliation, address change, stop payments, account closings, transfers, notary, processing check orders), and problem resolution. Solicits new accounts and cross-sells products and services. May follow-up on Teller referrals and may have teller responsibilities.
