ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as primary technician supporting local and remote business users. • Receive helpdesk calls and assist all business users in resolving IT related problems. • Provide support for all PC’s, tablets, laptops, and thin client installations and/or configurations. • Maintain accurate and current hardware and software inventory documentation. • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally to all business users. • Utilize approved system management tools.
