Position description: To assist the service personnel in satisfying the membership during their dining background. SUMMARY: Supervises, coordinates, and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engage in preparing and cooking foods in hotel, restaurant, or other establishment by performing the following duties. SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision of IT management, the Desktop Support Specialist must be able to configure PC, Laptop, and thin client hardware/software and provide 24/7 support of productions systems and network equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as primary technician supporting local and remote business users. • Receive helpdesk calls and assist all business users in resolving IT related problems. • Provide support for all PC’s, tablets, laptops, and thin client installations and/or configurations. • Maintain accurate and current hardware and software inventory documentation. • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally to all business users. • Utilize approved system management tools. REQUIREMENTS: • Thorough understanding of the PC systems and hardware. • Thorough understanding of PC based applications, focusing on the Microsoft tool set. • Strong management skills. • Excellent analytical and issue solving abilities.

Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival. Answers telephone, takes reservations and manages the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table providing menu and server details once seated. Manages special seating requests consistent with table seating guidelines and table availability. Relays guest seating and details to servers and bus persons. Oversees dining room activity to ensure guest seating efficiency. Responsibilities: Greets all guests warmly and with a smile upon their arrival and escorts them to a table, balancing the flow among the server stations. Ensures table selection corresponds with proper rotation, customer seating preference and size of party. Utilizes customer paging system when business dictates and as applicable. Assists with seating requests when necessary and provides customers with clean menus. Relays details to service staff, requests feedback from customers as to their background and gives a final salutation upon exit from the restaurant.

Polishes all silverware, platters and chafing dishes. Collects trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage cans and washes and re-lines with new bags; breaks down boxes, crates and removes debris.
