General Responsibilities Our Quality Engineer will participate in a team performing the following functions: * Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality inspection system and quality control plan. * Perform factory/supplier/field audits and person-to-person interviews * Write, execute and deliver audit plans, audit checklists, and audit reports to address quality engineering (per AS9100, SMC-S-003(T), applicable industry standards , and/or New Entrant workplace standards). * Write and track findings, root causes, & corrective actions in a spreadsheet format; vet & consolidate corrective actions into ULA corrective action system/database.

Create or merge patient accounts to ensure that the most accurate details is submitted for the patient order or billing 3. Audit and update data relative to profit margins, physician credentials, and patient orders and billing codes to ensure order and billing accuracy 4. Transfers data received in patient record to electronic documentation to attach to the electronic patient record 5. Quality checks all orders before being approved and processed for order completion in distribution 6. Reviews compiled billing codes, order, and patient demographic before processing patient billing via electronic claims submission 7.

As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice and Quality Assurance , you will: Review all Medicare and other episodic payers' clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement. This review includes verification of appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visits utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the care plan, and evidence of communication between disciplines. Oversee the maintenance of clinical records and files to comply with Conditions of Participation (COPs), using measurements, as licensure, certification, and accreditation results. Audit charts for clinical oversight and compliance and adherence to the Medicare guidelines. Manage clinical activities, including patient assessments, care plan development, service level determination, on-site field visits, and the implementation/coordination/maintenance/evaluation of care plans. Be responsible for direct supervision of clinical staff.
