My husband and I both have demanding jobs that have rotating schedules and include some nights that we aren't home to care for our 14-month-old son. He is absolutely beautiful and adorable and we want the best care for him. We would like a live-in nanny but might consider a local live-out. We have no pets and the baby has some allergies. He is very easy at night, but the days are a bit more demanding. If you have background with babies then you know how demanding they can be, so we need someone with patience and a genuine love of children. He is a happy smiling baby and we want to do our best to keep it that way. You will have all mornings free because my husband works midnights and you will have quite a few days off as well but there will be some days when I go to work 24 hours and I need almost 36 straight hours of childcare at once.
