I am here to hold & LOVE your baby WHILE YOU ARE UNABLE TO, because in this world 'YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK', and it HURTS ! You don't want to leave this tiny baby.... you don't even want to put him/her down for just a minute let alone JUST DROP HIM/HER OFF with so many other babies, toddlers, distractions, noise, and strangers! ".... so little, needs individual attention, wants to be held, no routine yet .... MAYBE you would rather he/she get just a little bigger and then it will be just a bit easier ...."

I believe that when children are taught to express themselves, there are rarely ever any temper tantrums or outbursts anymore. Positive attention is what I try to focus on, with kids of all ages. They just need to be heard and understood in order for them not to get frustraed.I love to teach children to read. I taught my son at age two.He has always been an a+ honor-role student. I have never used any form of physical discipline with my own child, or any other. There is simply no need.

 I love having fun with kids as well as play some sports to keep myself and them active i play soccer and tennis i'am always happy my background is ecuadorian and colombian i dont mind teaching some spanish here and there i'm also outgoing and as been told funny and a great person to be around with.
