Here are the key skills that we are looking for in an CAD Technician: 1) Manufacturing experience. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a volume manufacturing environment. 2) 3D CAD experience. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with 3D CAD for manufacturing parts/tooling. 3) Product development experience. Candidate should have experience in building prototypes as well as developing instructions on how to assemble products.
