This individual is highly organized and detail oriented, has background with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel), has outstanding communication and people skills, can multi-task, and is experienced working in a professional environment. General Duties and Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant position covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities including, but not limited to: Composes and validates routine correspondence and emails with speed and accuracy and in keeping with the highest business standards. Administrative Assistant Hourly/Non-Exempt Position 40 hours per week 8-5pm, M-F The Retail Operations department is seeking an administrative assistant to work directly for Corporate Visual Manager who will help maintain store side fixtures, signage, digital catalogs and various merchandise related areas. Provide the clerical support for all boat, motor, trailer or ATV customer purchases in the Boat Department or at a Boat Dealership. Job duties: 1. Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping background for all customers. 2. Assist the Business/Sales Manager or (in the absence thereof) the Boat Manager in selling finance and insurance programs to increase dealer revenues. 3. Conduct or assist in customer closings and funding activities. 4. General Transcriber Individuals who can transcribe audio content of financial results conferences, medical training seminars, group project meetings and other general business meetings. Must type 80+ WPM, have excellent grammar and proofreading skills, have background with Word and Ms excel, and must demonstrate strong computer literacy.
