Public Library


In the northern end of Indian River County, Sebastian is home to the North County Library. With a collection of over 130,000 fiction & nonfiction books, videos, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, periodicals and comic books - they are well equipped for area patrons, young and old. They carry a range of equipment including internet-connected computers, copiers, faxes, VCRs, DVD players, projectors and TV monitors.

Usage
For residents of Indian River County, library use is free of charge. For others, it's $20 a year (though Internet-only cards are free for everyone). Children of any age are eligible, and anyone under the age of 18 must get a parent or guardian's signature. Proof of residency is limited to a government or school-issued ID or record of property ownership showing an Indian River County address. Address & Driving Directions
The library is located at 1001 Sebastian Boulevard (C.R. 512), roughly midway between I-95 and US 1, next to the shopping center at the intersection of Sebastian Boulevard and Roseland Road. A mile to the west are Sebastian River High School, Sebastian River Middle School, and Wabasso Road (C.R. 510).
