POSITION PURPOSE Home Depot Interiors is responsible for the sales and marketing of premium kitchen and bath remodeling products along with a Home Organization product line. The In-Store Promoter is responsible for the marketing of these programs within Home Depot stores they are assigned to generate sales leads for Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. In-Store Promoters will also attend store events and home shows as requested. This is a part time, entry level position requiring an outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills, and the 1st step to a career path in sales and/or marketing with Home Depot. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES75% - Meets or exceeds established productivity goals by generating kitchen refacing and bath leads. Approaches customers within the store and introduces them to our business, pre-qualifying the customer and arranging for a free in-home consultation.

About The Job:Retail cashiers are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service at the sales counter. Other assignments include managing shelves and inventory, operating the cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness in the store. Position overview This position is directly responsible for the setup, overall operation and teardown of the Store, which includes achieving the store sales plan, managing expenses and controlling shrink. The Store Manager is responsible for the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the store. The Store Manager's work schedule is a min of 44 hours a week. The District Sales Manager will discuss the schedule according to the needs of the business. California Store Manager's work schedule is 40 hours a week unless otherwise determined by the District Sales Manager. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following: Drive sales performance in order to achieve max results. Ensure that all administrative paperwork is completed according to company Policies and Procedures. Recruit, interview, hire and train all Assistant Store Managers/Sales Associates. Hold the entire staff accountable for the essential duties and responsibilities of their positions.
