Cook/Chef We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cook/ Chef to join our team in our senior living community. Must be a vibrant and dynamic personality with A LOT of energy and a sincere passion for working with seniors and provide peace of mind through quality care to seniors and their loved ones. The Cook/Chef works under the Food Service Director and supports all activities of the Food Service Department and Dining Room. The Cook/Chef is responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service delivery during meal service and for compliance with special diets offered by the community. Responsibilities: Cook/Chef supports the Food Service Director with planning, directing, controlling, communicating, and coaching in the dining service department. Cook/Chef follows the Menu Program that meets nutritional qualifications. Respond to resident likes and dislikes in an effort to maintain high resident satisfaction.
