About The Job:Restaurant prep cooks/ cooks are responsible for food production in 1 of our many restaurant concepts including Arby's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Huddle House, Moe's and Chester's Chicken. A Prep Cook at Red Lobster is an important kitchen position where you will prep food items to be cooked and maintain a clean, organized work area. Prep Cooks are also responsible for food storage and ensuring the correct ingredients are readily available for our culinary team. Accountable for the cleanliness of the front and back of the house, restrooms and the exterior. Accountabilities Clears soiled dishes between guests with minimal noise. Delivers soiled dishes to the appropriate containers in the dish tank area Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs, in addition to maintaining cleanliness of property around the restaurant (i.e. foyer, front porch, sidewalk etc) Empties trash from the designated areas through out shift.


Position summary Do you want to play a vital role in the kitchen and help the restaurant operate seamlessly? Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, ensures the cleanliness of dishware, work stations, and restrooms so that the team can provide a refreshing seaside dining background. Your responsibilities may include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds. Additionally, you must keep all supplies readily available for the teams success.
