* The position is responsible for contract budgets, modifications, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Be knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * This position will assist with all financial monitoring activity performed by clients. Position Concept: A Family Coach is a role model and advocate, who through assertive engagement, fact-based reasoning, and positive inspiration, helps at-risk families to navigate through a difficult time of transition from homelessness. The goal of this position is to assist each assigned family with their immediate and emergency housing needs. This position will engage families, coordinate services, and facilitate opportunity that enables the family unit to become stable and self-sufficient. Required functions: * Conducts needs assessments and creates individualized goals for each family based on the families' specific needs related to their homelessness and stage of transition. * Assertively engage families to reduce harm to the family unit and mitigate risk by providing goal-oriented skills to assigned families including, but not limited to, assessing risk, budgeting, housekeeping skills, meeting medical needs, securing transportation

Position Concept: This position will lead support activities for life, academic, vocational and evidence-based skill building through the use of various curricula. Provide supervision to ensure the safety and appropriate social behavior of youth. The position will closely coordinate activities with the Transition Coordinator. Key functions: * Maintain socially appropriate behavior of youth through sanctioned and designed de-escalation skills and disciplinary procedures. * Serve as a positive role model to youth at all times through appearance, attitude, and behavior. * Serve as support for implementing and facilitating remedial education, tutoring and GED prep. * Serve as a mentor for skill building and employability development. * Assist with coordination and transportation of youth to obtain documents necessary for employment. * Logistically coordinate and schedule youth in the assigned Circuit for transportation to and from services.
