Position Concept: The Billing Analyst is responsible for analyzing the financial performance and status of Eckerd Kids's government contracts as it relates to billings and accounts receivable and recommending strategies and/or process improvements where appropriate This position is to administer, bill, and track the progress of all contracts from award to closeout; assist, as requested, in the formulation of awarded and proposed contract budgets; update financial systems regarding contract budget modifications; and assure proper indirect rate applications are transacted. The Billing Analyst works closely with internal staff to ensure contractual qualifications are met, projects are billed timely and accurately, and that project financial status is updated and communicated appropriately. This position also works closely with customers to ensure fidelity of invoices and required documentation and that we remain contractually compliant with all billing related activities.

Position Concept: The Career Coach is the primary point of contact with the participants and others in the participant's circle of influence. The Career Coach will recruit for the program as well as seek employment and educational opportunities as participants complete the program. The Career Coach must display initiative, exercise judgment and make decisions that are consistent with program goals. Required functions: * Outreach/Recruitment through attending/conducting activities in the community relating to participant development. * Assessment/Eligibility of participants per project plan. * Maintain case records detailing service needs and activities/arrangements for their fulfillment, according to data-management procedures established by program management and the funding sources. * Deliver skills training in software applications, work readiness skills and the development of basic remedial skills in math and reading.

POSITION CONCEPT : To coordinate services that focus on each youth's reintegration back into the community through a collaborative effort and a strength-based approach that includes identifying obtainable goals that will assist in vocational, educational, professional and personal skill building. Provide youth with transitional services in coordination with family, partnering agencies, the community/resources, and the Juvenile Justice System with the goal of reduction in recidivism. Develop and implement an individualized service plan to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors. Coordinate services with the youth and their family in a manner consistent with the program design to assure max effectiveness. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS : * Participate in Community Re-entry Team meetings to identify services needed for youth upon return to the community.

Position Concept: Responsible for providing challenging, rigorous, and relevant educational experiences for each student, affording them the opportunity to achieve their full academic, intellectual, physical, social, and emotional potential. Coordinate and facilitate school-based activities and parent education services at assigned Hi-Five and Prevention Counseling school(s). Responsible for completing all program data and quality monitoring of Prevention programming, adherence to DCF licensing standards, the managing entity data entry, contract compliance and active participation in the local county substance abuse coalition. Serves as a point of contact at the school, facilitating ongoing communication with teachers, students and parents. Provides training and support to teachers, parents and support staff to enhance the delivery of services to identified youth.

* The position is responsible for contract budgets, modifications, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Be knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * This position will assist with all financial monitoring activity performed by clients. She/he coordinates with the client as needed, regarding scheduling of monitoring activities, providing internal control and policy/procedure details and requested analysis. * The Financial Analyst prepares and analyzes reports as requested, which summarize business activities regarding earnings performance, direct and indirect cost levels, and forecasting financial results. He/she prepares reports required by internal procedures and reviews financial results for accuracy and clarity within the timeframes scheduled. * The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining records of budget vs. actual revenue and expenses on a monthly basis.
