Provide task-leadership of a multi-disciplined team of technicians in the processing of Mechanical components and in the major assembly of the ULA Atlas V launch vehicle.


The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) goal is to provide excellent customer service to its worldwide customers, i.e. Air Force MAJCOMs, Air Force installations and other customers. AFCEC’s Restoration Program Management Office (R-PMO) (AFCEC/CZR) requires a core cadre of personnel with substantial performance-based remediation (PBR) background and ability to assist in performance of this PWS at various installations within the Air Force Provide support to the AFCEC's Environmental Operations Division (AFCEC/CZO), the AFCEC's Policy and Federal Engagement Division (AFCEC/CZP), AFCEC/CZR, and the Environmental Directorate’s Environmental Restoration Technical Support Branch (AFCEC/CZTE) AFCEC/CZO, AFCEC/CZR and the Environmental Directorate’s Environmental Restoration Technical Support Branch (AFCEC/CZTE), and such support primarily includes advice and assistance with performance-based remediation (PBR) and non-PBR remediation execution management

Ardaman has the following opportunity available STAFF ENGINEER Our Cocoa, Florida office has an entry level opportunity for a staff engineer to work on a broad spectrum of construction materials testing projects, geotechnical engineering projects, and occasional environmental projects, including planning and supervising field studies, conducting geotechnical analyses, developing recommendations, writing reports and performing construction monitoring.


• Development, maintenance, and execution of automated regression tests in a dSPACE Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) test environment utilizing both test automation tools (such as Automation Desk) and/or Python scripting languages • Debugging system and software issues found in Lab or Proving Ground environments and ensure timely resolution of resulting machine software issues • Maintenance and troubleshooting of test bench hardware & software issues • Working with internal suppliers to integrate plant models of machine hardware that provide broader coverage of machine software testing via closed loop HIL testing • Helping to improve documentation tying specs to software test results and improving overall regression coverage over time • Interacting and collaborating with a broad range of engineering groups and professionals to develop innovative tools and processes to increase lab test effective


• Works collaboratively with software development to deploy and operate our systems. • Automates and streamlines operations and processes. • Builds and maintains tools for deployment, monitoring and operations. • Troubleshoots and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments. • Uses a wide variety of open source technologies and tools. • Codes and scripts. • Performs frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.


• Works collaboratively with software development to deploy and operate our systems. • Automates and streamlines operations and processes. • Builds and maintains tools for deployment, monitoring and operations. • Troubleshoots and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments. • Uses a wide variety of open source technologies and tools. • Codes and scripts. • Performs frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.


• Install and configure servers for tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, TFS, Git, Bamboo, Octopus, etc. • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures for tools • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to tools under administration • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted departments • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.

Summary The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a 2 (2) year rotational program for new college graduates. The program consists of 4 (4), 6-month modules in the areas of Production, New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, and Manufacturing. The Engineer will spend each module training in specific areas with on-the-job experts and at offsite courses. They will be assigned a mentor to lead them through the program, providing guidance and support. The right person will have a mechanical engineering degree and have at least five years’ background in designing commercial/industrial HVAC systems using programs similar to Trace Trane. This includes site walk-downs, sizing equipment, evaluating existing equipment, making repair/replace decisions, sizing and routing ducting, chill water piping/pumps, working with other engineering disciplines on facility modifications and green field designs. This will be their primary job focus. However, the individual must also have the desire, the skills, and the self-starting initiative to develop and grow network relationships across multiple government and commercial agencies, companies, and organizations in order to facilitate growth. So the expertise to communicate effectively with business oriented people as well as the engineering/technical community is required.
