POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY The housekeeping attendant position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible background for our guests and associates. The position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. MAJOR / KEY POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible background for our guests and associates. • Job functions to include cleaning assigned guest rooms with adherence to workplace standards, policies and procedures. • Ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas are maintained to company standard while in use. Stocking carts and cart rooms if necessary and or directed by management. • Reporting all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and or manager. • Reporting any guest property that may be leftover in the room directly to the front desk and management. • Accommodating and assisting guest requests whenever possible

Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach, a 75 unit hotel, located in the Cocoa Beach Surf Company Complex, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all aspects of the cleanliness of the hotel, overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department under the direction of the General Manager. This position mandates a person that is very motivated, detail oriented, is able to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and maintaining organization of the Department. The Executive Housekeeper will hire, train, coach and schedule staff, will order and maintain supplies and inventory, will oversee and have accountability of the housekeeping budget. Must have good judgment expertise and be able to direct the department in a positive and results oriented manner. Must be proficient in Excel, Ms word and Outlook. Must be able to walk briskly, stand and be on feet throughout the day.

Caregiver Position details As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistive and supportive care to our residents. Among these are assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, as well as all personal hygiene.
