FT MAINTENANCE TECH Maintenance tech needed for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance for medical facility. Must have previous industrial maintenance background, prefer medical equipment, medical air background. Familiarity with building codes, OSHA and AHCA regulations. Call rotation. General maintenance mechanic required to operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as boilers, emergency power generators, chillers, HVAC units, refrigeration units. Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. Create a safe and pleasant environment for patients and staff. Will rotate on call duties. Prefer previous acute care hospital background, or industrial maintenance background. Vocational technical training preferred. Background needed in chilled water systems and boilers. Refrigeration certification and universal EPA certification is preferred.


Description JOB DESCRIPTION The Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods in accordance with Ruby Tuesday standards. DMO/Utility communicates with and supports the Garden Bar Specialist to ensure the Garden Bar is always 100% stocked. Breaks down the Garden Bar and dish machine area following Ruby Tuesday procedures ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain a gracious, pleasant and friendly attitude, while contributing to a teamwork-based working atmosphere. - Take pride in his/her appearance while adhering to the Ruby Tuesday Dress & Appearance Policy. - Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. - Rinse, wash, sort, and stack glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods; return dishes and cooking utensils/vessels to the line or the proper storage location.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Performs preventative maintenance, run inspections, diagnostics tests, and repairs a variety of vehicles and equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Diagnoses advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic problems, including chassis and body issues, and performs repairs and maintenance on all equipment to maximize safe and productive operations. Reviews and completes repairs identified on DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) and/or repair orders. 2. Perform repairs and maintenance on Heavy Duty Equipment, including but not limited to Rear Load, Front Load, Roll Off, Grapple, Port-a-let, and other service type trucks including chassis and body. 3. Road test vehicles to diagnose problems and confirm completed repairs. 4. Perform Emergency Road calls to repair trucks and or arrange towing when they cannot be repaired onsite. 5. Communication with managers/drivers as to issues with vehicles and discusses preventative techniques that may minimize future repairs.
