* The position is responsible for contract budgets, modifications, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Be knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * This position will assist with all financial monitoring activity performed by clients. She/he coordinates with the client as needed, regarding scheduling of monitoring activities, providing internal control and policy/procedure details and requested analysis. * The Financial Analyst prepares and analyzes reports as requested, which summarize business activities regarding earnings performance, direct and indirect cost levels, and forecasting financial results. He/she prepares reports required by internal procedures and reviews financial results for accuracy and clarity within the timeframes scheduled. * The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining records of budget vs. actual revenue and expenses on a monthly basis.

* Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems and procedures. * Conducts software inspection, testing, verification and validation. * Implements software development and maintenance processes and methods. * Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability standards. * Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives. * Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract. * Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements. * Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies. * Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.


* Expertise to apply computer skills and background in managing selected servers and support SolarWinds Application. * Manages and maintains a smooth operation of servers while working with network, software, and hardware engineers that are remote and on site. * Analyzes internal or external customer needs, and determines equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems by means of automated systems. * Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. * Prepare security documentation for submission to regulatory agencies. * Works under only general direction. * Ensures data integrity by evaluating, proposing, implementing and managing software and hardware solutions. * Recommends and implements system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management. * Performs weekly audits as directed by the Details Systems Security Manager (ISSM).


Work in an SMT environment to support the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum experience: * Bachelor's degree and 3 yrs related work background; Master's degree and 2 yrs of background. * Background issuing Purchase Orders is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft office (specifically Ms excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (or a comparable Purchasing Software * System) is necessary.
